1. When you have selected the course you wish to attend, there are multiple payment options, you can kindly send a check or money order in the full amount of $450 for Salesperson , $450 for Broker, $250 for 30 HR Remedial or a $100 deposit made payable to "All Borough Real Estate Training Center" by clicking the Reservation Request Form link below. Text book can be purchased on the first day of class. Please print, complete and mail it to us, so that we may hold a reservation for you.
2. You can make a deposit or prepay, by clicking the "Buy Now" buttons below and follow the prompts. By clicking on the below "Buy Now" buttons, you will have the option of paying through your own PayPal account or with a credit card. Please bring a printed receipt with you on the first day of class.
3. After that, you need only to make your appearance in class at the start of the first day of the course (9:00 am for the day class or 6:00 pm for the evenings) and bring in the remaining balance due, if any. No refunds once classes begin, other arrangements can be made. You need not bring anything else with you but a pen or pencil for note taking.
